Card cloning

For the second time this year I have had my Barclays Connect Card cloned. Somebody was running around Tunis trying to take money from ATMs (they got £311 in one transaction before being stopped).
The banks need to do something!
I was very suspicious of a machine I used to pay for petrol last week, the pad I put my PIN into had rubbery buttons that you had to push very hard on, as if there was a second button underneath.
The bank did warn me about petrol stations this morning, so be warned. probably best I don't name the petrol station without proof, but it was in Bromley Borough.
