For those who don't know Kent on Sunday is a Tory/UKIP leaning newspaper, but even I was rather surprised to see this headline in it today:
By the time I looked at the story on line I assume the journalist had learnt what Liberalism means!

But if there weren't Liberals around to increase crime, how would the keenest readers of Kent on Sunday find people to hang and flog?
